PlayOn Plugins are to PlayOn as Private Channels are to Roku

PlayOn is available for the Roku by means of a private channel code:  playon.

Our database currently mirrors the “official” PlayOn Plugin Channel Store as these plugins appear to be stable and supported.  However, there are literally 100′s of 3rd party PlayOn plugins available for the PlayOn application.  We are “digging” for these gems for our 3rd party PlayOn Plugin listing.  A slow process as each plugin is verified for Roku playback issues before linking to the 3rd Party website.

A number of sites host 3rd party plugins besides the PlayOn Plugin Channel Store. Contact us if you have knowledge of other sites so we may give credit.

How to Install a PlayOn Plugin: (Under development)

Method1:  On the PC with PlayOn, download the plugin.  Double click the file and PlayOn should self install.  Stop and restart the server.

Method2:  Requires downloading the plugin and moving to the Plugin directory of PlayOn.  See video:
